The library offers a conducive environment for access to quality information resources that enables a diverse community of learners to think critically, communicate effectively, and engage in lifelong learning. It is sufficiently equipped so as to help students excel and realize their full potential as the youth of the twenty-first century. The library system thus serves as a key to intellectual resources that support the teaching, learning and research goals of the university.
